Forthcoming Events
RWCMD Students Summer Concert
7.00 p.m. Wednesday 15th May 2024

May has come again - bringing just a hint of sunshine to remind us that summer is (hopefully!) not too far away.

And that also means it’s time for our annual Summer Concert performed by the students of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

So we are delighted to invite you to join us on Wednesday May 15th at 7.00 in the Sketty Park Community Centre for the annual RWCMD Students Summer Concert.

This is always a great evening and more than ever for this - our 25th Anniversary year.

So please come along to enjoy an evening of classical guitar music, beautifully played by these very talented young students.

Tickets are available on the door - further details in the poster below.

If you would like to have a poster or two to display in your area - please get in touch.

Circle Concerts

Circle members put on two public concerts a year, in November and June. These long running and popular events on the musical calendar offer a wonderful evening of classical guitar music for people from all over south and west Wales.

Members perform various pieces in ensemble and solo, duet or trio for a delightful evening of classical guitar music and enjoyment.  Tickets are usually £5.

Students of the RWCMD

RWCMD master class.webp

Guitar students of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Dance visit us once or twice a year. These are always a great concert, not to be missed. The students perform various pieces in ensemble.

We are delighted to support these young musicians, who are studying with the internationally renowned Helen Sanderson, who also conducts. They also study with John Mills and other great masters.

For many of them these are the key performances in their final exam. It is always a great pleasure to see them in Swansea and we do hope that you can come along.

You can read more about them here: RWCMD Guitars.
